So close between Little Mexico in Norton and Mi Finca in Norton. Overall they have a little more stuff I like

to Compare Monterey and Mi Finca. Mi Finca has better service, better prices, better food quality, better value, bigger portions, better variety, all staff speak understandable english and is much cleaner, Monterey is nasty, nad has nearly been closed down several times. You can go to the wise county health website and see ratings for each eating establishment and what they have been wrote up for. I never eat at Monterey after seeing that in black and white. Another place I'll never go again is Reno's
